Mark M. Rufo
Attorney Rufo has been producing money for his clients since 1979. He has handled hundreds of injury and worker's compensation cases with experience both as a negotiator and a trial attorney.
Mark Rufo does not settle a case without his client's permission. He attempts to keep all clients informed of progress of their case. He does not collect a fee until the case produces money for the client.
Attorney Rufo can make house-calls. Most of his work is for a percentage of money produced. He is a New Hampshire native and has handled injury cases throughout the State.
His experience includes nearly every kind of motor vehicle injury, worker's comp claims of every sort, injuries to children, dog bites, wrongful death claims, slip-fall injuries, medical malpractice, and sexual abuse cases.
All information provided to his office is confidential, and will not be disclosed without the client's permission or a court order.
Attorney Rufo practices in the Superior Courts, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the Federal Court, and before the Labor Department in Concord, including the Compensation Appeals Board.
Most injury cases settle before trial, and most before there is any need to put them into suit. Attorney Rufo has negotiated settlements to his clients' satisfaction with numerous insurance companies inside and outside of New Hampshire.
